Lifestyle Coaching is a progressive and integrated practice that draws upon many tools and methods to draw out a person's vision of how he or she can be most vital and aligned with his/her truth. As Lifestyle Coaches we work with your communication style, strengths, innate creative abilities and intuition, introducing new ways for you to tap into your deepest visions and create the life you want. Working with your Wellness Mandala, we will help you discover how to focus your energy and re-align your activities to meet your optimum health and wellness goals. |

We believe every person has a ‘wise person' within and infinite resources available. Our role and mission is to help you draw upon those resources to discover your true centre of wellness.
We use many coaching tools in our practice. These include: Balance Wheel - The Balance Wheel helps you discover where your energy is currently directed to and what your satisfaction level is with different aspects of your life. It will help bring to your conscious mind what area(s) need your attention at this time. Wellness Mandala - Only you know what you need and desire in your life for well-being, balance and full vitality on all levels. Our job is to assist you to get these desires down on paper by creating your very own Wellness Mandala. Your Wellness Mandala is a (usually circular) representation of the life you wish to create for yourself. It is a map of your highest vision on which you can contemplate, meditate and act. It is a tool to help you draft day to day goals, carry out action plans and attract positive things into your life. Guided Imagery- Tapping into your vision. We use guided imagery meditation to help you deeply relax and get in touch with the part of you that knows your purpose and deepest desires, and what blocks may be impeding you from creating and moving strongly towards your vision. Guided imagery also helps you to tap into your sub-conscious and supra-conscious minds to come up with creative ways to get 'there' from 'here'! Meditation, Qigong, Hatha Yoga, Journaling and Dream & Symbol Interpretation are other extremely effective awareness practices that we may teach you during your session. Whole Foods Nutrition Coaching is a key tool that we use in many Lifestyle Coaching programs. We have a network of naturopaths, acupuncturists, registered counselors and other health professionals and can recommend an appropriate person to assist you when an issue is outside of our scope of practice.

Amaiah is a Holistic Health Practitioner who draws upon her Asian Healing Arts, Whole Foods Nutrition and holistic massage background to coach people in wellness and creating healthy lifestyles. Dennis is a highly motivational athletics coach as well as teacher and practitioner of the the eight limbs of yoga for creating balance and fulfillment in life. |
