Amaiah is a BCRPA Registered Personal Fitness Trainer with pre- and post-natal fitness training certification who draws upon her Asian Healing Arts and massage background to create a balanced approach to fitness program design, from stress-reducing “yin” activities such as Qi Gong, to more active “yang” activities such as weight training, speed walking and aerobic cross-training. |
